Photo Spotlight   Image posted 6.17.2019

Tony Klock, a teacher at the Kresson School in Voorhees, NJ, captured this image of the sun (with a couple of prominences at the limb) on May 31, 2019, using his cell phone through a Coronado PST (Personal Solar Telescope), which shows the sun in light narrowed to the 656 nm Hydrgen-alpha wavelength. Bernie Hosko, the WAS Star Watch Director, provided the scope during one of his many school presentations.
